These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website embodiedbusiness.co (the "Site"), operated by Embodied Vision LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating the brand Embodied Business ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with operation, or use the Site to transmit harmful code.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, methodologies, frameworks, and the names "Embodied Business" and "The Prosper Flow", is owned by or licensed to Embodied Vision LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use, requires our prior written permission.

3. Programs, products & purchases

Purchases of coaching, courses, certifications, memberships, or events are governed by our Client Service Agreement in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict between the two for a specific program, the Client Service Agreement controls for that program.

4. No professional advice

Content on the Site is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and should not be relied upon as, medical, legal, financial, tax, or therapeutic advice. Always consult an appropriate qualified professional for your specific situation.

5. Earnings & results disclaimer

Any testimonials, case studies, or income examples shown reflect individual experience and are not a promise or guarantee of results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including effort, skills, market conditions, and circumstances outside our control.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This provision does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
